A free app with social, live streaming, and e-commerce features on all devices

Unlike other streaming platforms, users of the Angel app could watch and share content on social media for free to promote organic growth.

The initial Angel app design focused on a handful of featured titles, allowing us to prove the market fit and iterate on the features.

03. What we did

Propel developed a custom design system to build the web and native apps from scratch

Building on the success of The Chosen app, Propel set out to create a seamless streaming experience for multiple titles on all platforms.

We created the Angel web and app experience from scratch with built-in e-commerce and social features during our work with Angel Studios.

04. Outcomes

Since the launch, Angel Studios raised over 100 million dollars from over 20 million viewers worldwide

Since the successful launch of the web and mobile Angel apps, the studio has been able to crowd-fund dozens of feature films and shows.

Angel Studios community funded the creation of Sound of Freedom which was watched by over 30 million people and counting.
